Media Department

  • Chief Communications Officer

    • Required skills: newspaper article/excellent writing skills, knowledge and use of canva, knowledge and use of instagram, leadership, communication skills

      • Additional skills: organization

    • Writing the monthly newsletters

    • Creating instagram posting schedule

    • Checking infographics and keeping the instagram active

  • Director of Design and Communications 

    • Required skills: newspaper article/excellent writing skills, knowledge and use of infographics/graphics, knowledge and use of instagram, communications

      • Additional skills: organization

    • Creating instagram posts/stories

    • Creating media content for website 

    • Creating designs for events 

Internship Department

  • Chief Internship officer

    • Required skills: good communication skills, excellent writing skills, leadership

      • Additional skills: organization, persuasion skills, 

    • Acting liaison between PTL and Internship companies

    • Acting liaison between PTL and School districts

    • Secure internships from companies

      • Work logistics side 

    • Securing students to go to the internships

    • Follow-up with students before, during, and after internships

    • Lead internship orientation for students

  • Director of Internship Creation 

    • Required skills: good communication skills, excellent writing skills

      • Additional skills: organization, persuasion skills

    • Contact companies to ask about internships opportunities

    • Reporting to the chief internship officer about potential companies

  • Director of Community Outreach 

    • Required skills: good communication skills, excellent writing skills

      • Additional skills: organization, persuasion skills

    • Contact schools to secure students for the internships

    • Reporting to the chief internship officer about potential students for internships
